The community that gardens together... has fresh veggies together...

The Diocese Park Maine Prarie Garden is a community run garden. Residents can have their own plot to plant various fruits and veggies. Makes me wish I had my own garden!!

Recycling Skin Space

Sick of that tattoo you got as a result of too much tequila in Cancun several years ago? Instead of pricey laser removal, consider a cover-up. Jon von Glahn of Old Towne Tattoo in St. Cloud has become known for his cover-up art. Did Lisa break your heart and it's time to cover up that tattoo of her name over you heart.... well check it out...

Deb Odland of Alexandria got some old artwork covered up with her favorite flowers. You can still see a bit of the old work peeking through the pink petal.

Holy Buckets of Lilies

I was at the Munsinger Gardens in St. Cloud the other day.  The staff of 20 or so work so hard to keep such a gorgeous 14 acre garden. I don't think the pictures do it justice, but wow! Check it out for yourself! It's right next to the Mississippi River at the south end of the St. Cloud State campus.

I was informed that there are lilies that can grow 8 to 10 feet tall!! They're a cross between Trumpet and Asiatic lilies! And they are beautiful!

Check out the Munsinger Clemens Gardens website for more info here

The fourth inning was packed with hits for the Bats, who eventually took the game with a score of 5-3.
