Potholes they are a fillin'

Not only do Minnesota summers offer gorgeous sun, blue sky, and no snow, they also give us a chance to fix our winter torn roads.
I never realized how hot the permanent pothole mix is. It can get hotter than 300 degrees! Imagine having to fill huge potholes with scalding mix on a 100 degree day with a 70+ degree dew point...
