Just off of the Washington Avenue Bridge on the east bank a semi truck looks to have torn in half because of its back wheels getting stuck on the median. Traffic was backed up through the bridge and on to the west bank of the UMN campus.
For the first time, I'm not angry for sitting in a long line of traffic. So much better an excuse than someone not knowing how to merge!!
